The HALANSM® 220636 Shield is a critical protective component designed for fabricators utilizing Hypertherm HPR 130XD, HPR260XD, or HPR400XD plasma systems. Positioned at the forefront of the torch head, this shield plays a vital role in directing the plasma gas flow and safeguarding the precision-machined internal nozzle and electrode from spatter, dross, and extreme thermal damage during high-definition cutting operations .

NOTE: 220636 is the designated shield for the 400A system (and often used for 260A/130A with appropriate consumables). Primary fit: HPR400XD. HALANSM 220636 is an aftermarket compatible replacement, not Hypertherm OEM.
