High-purity copper alloy body, precision-machined external threads with knurled grip collar . As the outermost cap of the torch, it screws over the nozzle retaining cap, locking the entire consumable stack (electrode + swirl ring + nozzle + retaining cap + shield) into perfect alignment . 220637 is the universal high-amperage shield cap: it covers 200A, 260A, 400A standard mild steel cutting , and additionally covers all bevel cutting applications from 80A through 400A .
