The HALANSM® 220662 200A Bevel Electrode is the powerhouse behind your Hypertherm HPR 130XD, HPR260XD, or HPR400XD plasma system when performing high-definition bevel cutting. As the primary source of the plasma arc, this electrode is subjected to immense heat and pressure, making its quality and material composition critical to cut quality and torch longevity.
Designed for Precision Edge Preparation
Unlike standard straight cutting, bevel operations require the plasma arc to exit the nozzle at a specific angle. The HALANSM 220662 electrode is specifically engineered to establish and maintain this precise arc geometry. Its advanced internal gas flow paths work in concert with the swirl ring (220353) to centrifuge the cooling gas, which in turn focuses the arc into a tight, stable column capable of cutting through thick mild steel at the required bevel angle.
