High-strength copper alloy body, precision-machined internal seating shoulder and external threads . As the critical inner locking component of the bevel torch, the 220845 performs three vital functions simultaneously:

1. Mechanical Lock: Screws over the bevel nozzle (220806 @80A / 220659 @200A), locking the entire inner consumable stack — electrode + swirl ring + nozzle — into perfect axial alignment .

2. Shield Positioning: Seats and positions the bevel shield (220742 @80A / 220658 @200A) in the correct standoff geometry for angled cutting .
