Key Compatibility Notes
Mechanized Specific: The 220007 is designed to be used without a separate shield cup. It seats directly against the retaining cap inside the torch head, extending the plasma arc further out for automated cutting tables.
60A Application: This nozzle is specifically calibrated for 60-Ampere output. Using it at higher or lower amperages or with incorrect swirl rings may lead to premature wear or damage.
System Compatibility: Fully compatible with Hypertherm Powermax 1000, Powermax 1250, and the T60/T60M and T80/T80M torch series.
