Bore is sized to mate with 220669 silver electrode via 220670 swirl vortex — clean arc focus for thin-to-mid sheet drag cuts. 2208xx family, thread/seat ≠ HSD130 45A (2205xx), forcing cross = gas leak / blown tip.

Installation & Compatibility Guidelines

  • Correct Consumable Stack: For standard drag cutting, the correct assembly order (from the torch body out) is: Electrode (220669) -> Swirl Ring (220670) -> Nozzle (220671) -> Shield Cap (220674).

  • System Lock: The Powermax 45 / 45A consumable system (including the 220671 nozzle) is mechanically incompatible with the HSD130 45A system (2205xx series). Please verify your torch model before purchasing to avoid damage.

  • Amperage Range: This nozzle is specifically designed for the 15-45A range. Using it outside this range may result in premature failure or suboptimal cut quality.
