Installation & Compatibility Guidelines

  • Correct Assembly Order: When servicing your torch, install the swirl ring in this sequence (from the torch body outward): Electrode (220669) -> Swirl Ring (220670) -> Nozzle (220671) -> Shield Cap (220674).

  • System Lock: The Powermax 45 / 45A platform (2208xx series) uses a different thread pattern and physical dimension set compared to the HSD130 45A system (2205xx series). Using this swirl ring on an incompatible torch will result in severe gas leakage and potential damage to the plasma system. Please verify your torch model before purchasing.
