Critical Installation & Compatibility Guidelines
Mechanised Torch Specific: The 220719 is EXCLUSIVELY for the Powermax 45 mechanised torch (used in robotic or CNC applications). It CANNOT be used in the standard hand-held torch.
Cap Distinction (Crucial): The 220719 is NOT INTERCHANGEABLE with the standard hand torch retaining cap (220713). The 220713 lacks the ohmic ring and has different internal threading/profiling. Using the wrong cap will result in the torch failing to pierce or the machine throwing an error code.
System Lock: This consumable is part of the 2208xx series for the Powermax 45/45A system. It is NOT mechanically or electrically compatible with the HSD130 45A system (which uses 2205xx series parts). Please verify your torch model (Mechanised vs. Handheld) before purchasing.
