  • Correct Consumable Stack: For proper torch operation, the correct assembly order (from the torch body out) is: Electrode (220669) -> Swirl Ring (220670) -> Nozzle (220671/220672) -> Shield Cap (220673/220674/220675) -> Retaining Cap (220713).

  • System Lock: This consumable is part of the 2208xx series for the Powermax 45/45A system. It is NOT mechanically or electrically compatible with the HSD130 45A system (which uses 2205xx series parts). Please verify your torch model before purchasing.
