Installation & Compatibility Guide

• Handheld Specific: This nozzle is exclusively for the T80 Handheld torch system. It requires the use of the 120929 Handheld Shield. Using a mechanized shield (like 120930) will cause poor cut quality and potential torch damage.

• Correct Stack Assembly: Ensure the nozzle is installed with the swirl ring (120925) correctly positioned underneath it. Always hand-tighten the retaining cap (120928) to avoid cross-threading and damaging the electrode.

• System Lock: This consumable is part of the legacy 1209xx T80 family and is not compatible with Powermax45 (2208xx) or Powermax65-105 systems.
