Installation & Compatibility Guide

  • Handheld vs. Mechanized (CRITICAL): The 120930 is specifically for Mechanized (T80M) torches. The Handheld (T80) torch uses part number 120929. These two parts are NOT interchangeable due to differences in thread patterns and internal seat design.

  • Correct Stack Assembly: For optimal performance with a mechanized torch, assemble the consumables in the following order: Electrode (120926) -> Swirl Ring (120925) -> Nozzle (e.g., 120927) -> Shield Cap (120930) -> Retaining Cap.

  • System Specific: This part is exclusive to the legacy Powermax 1250 / 1650 (T80M) mechanized series and is not compatible with newer Powermax45, 65, 85, 105, or Duramax systems.
