The HALANSM® Extended Plasma Nozzle (left) and Electrode (right) set is the ultimate solution for operators facing spatial constraints or requiring enhanced visibility during plasma cutting. Unlike standard consumables, the extended nozzle provides up to 1.5 inches of additional standoff distance, allowing the torch to access inside box sections, along narrow flanges, or deep within weld preparations.

Installation & Compatibility Guide
Proper Stack Assembly: For optimal results, assemble in this order: Electrode (220438) -> Swirl Ring (220816) -> Extended Nozzle (220479) -> Shield Cap (220674).
Fine Cut Technology: If using this set for ultra-fine drag cutting on thin gauge materials, ensure the nozzle orifice is clean and the torch is held at the manufacturer's recommended angle to prevent double arcing.
System Compatibility: These consumables are exclusively designed for the Powermax 45 / 45A "T45" series hand torches (2208xx family). They are not compatible with the Powermax 65/85/105 systems or the HSD130 45A system.
