The HALANSM 120932 is the 40A handheld nozzle for Hypertherm Powermax 1250 & T80 handheld torch — the finest-orifice tip of the T80 handheld three-tier. Bore sized for thin-gauge sheet where arc focus and dross control matter more than travel speed. Remaining handheld stack is shared across all three tiers: 120926 Ag elec + 120925 swirl + 120929 handheld shield + 120928 cap; swap nozzle only by amperage. 1209xx T80 family, not cross-compatible with Powermax45 (2208xx) or HSD130 45A (2205xx).

T80 handheld on Powermax 1250/1650 runs three nozzles: 120932 (40A) / 120931 (60A) / 120927 (80A). 120932 carries the smallest orifice — intended for thin-gauge sheet handheld work where arc focus and edge quality take priority over high travel speed. The rest of the handheld stack is shared across all three tiers: 120926 Ag elec + 120925 swirl + 120929 handheld shield + 120928 cap; only the nozzle changes by amperage.

Running 120932 above 40A shortens life and increases dross; running 120931/120927 at 40A wastes capacity and gives a wider kerf than needed. Stock all three and label by amperage.
1250/1650 family note: This legacy line is predominantly 1209xx (T80 handheld/mech), but a few 2200xx parts exist — 220006 as an alternate 40A nozzle (different OEM variant), 220065 as the 1650 100A shield (1650 reaches 100A on mech, beyond T80 80A). If your shop runs both 1250 (40-80A T80) and 1650 (up to 100A mech), confirm whether 220065 is needed for the 1650 100A tier. 120932 itself is the 1209xx-line 40A SKU, T80 handheld only.
