Air Gas Specific: The 020611 is specifically engineered for cutting with compressed air. It features a single central hole designed to optimize the air vortex for fine cutting of mild steel and stainless steel.
Not for Oxygen: If you are cutting with Oxygen (O₂) at 100A on a MAX200, you must use the oxygen-specific nozzle 020616 instead. Using 020611 with O₂ will result in poor cut quality and excessive dross.
Precision Machined: Made from high-purity copper, this nozzle ensures maximum heat transfer and arc stability. The inner bore is precision-machined to deliver a consistent, focused plasma stream for clean, square-cut edges.
