O₂-only bore, do not swap with 020608: MAX200 200A runs three nozzles by gas — Air/N₂/underwater = 020608, O₂ standard = 020605, gouging = 020615. Nozzle and gas must match; mismatched pair shortens life and ruins cut quality.
Confirm host label "MAX200" vs "Ht2000 HySpeed": Both hosts list 020605, but torch body, retaining cap thread, and swirl seat differ. MAX200 uses 120837 copper cap; Ht2000 HySpeed is the older HySpeed line (different cap thread). Forcing MAX200 consumables onto Ht2000 barrel (or vice versa) causes gas leaks and arc wander. Have the buyer confirm the host badge before ordering.
Electrode choice by duty: For pure O₂ heavy-plate runs, 220021 (O₂-rated) lasts longer than 120415 (Hf, shared Air/N₂/O₂). Shops mixing Air/N₂/O₂ on the same 200A head can standardize on 120415 to reduce SKUs; dedicated O₂ lines should use 220021.
200A shield is gas-universal on MAX200: 020424 covers Air/N₂/O₂ at 200A on MAX200 machine barrel — swap elec/swirl/noz by gas, shield + 120837 cap stay. Fewer SKUs than lower amps where shield often splits by gas.
NOTE: Ht2000 HySpeed 200A ≠ MAX200 ≠ MAXPRO200. 020605 part number appears on both MAX200 and Ht2000, but full stacks are not interchangeable (torch body, cap thread, swirl seat differ).
