Note: This 220834 swirl ring is specifically manufactured by HALANSM® as a compatible replacement for Hypertherm® systems. It is intended for the 200A Oxygen process only. Using this part in an Air or Nitrogen stack (which typically use part 220488 at lower amps) will result in poor cut quality and potential damage to your torch. Always replace the swirl ring whenever changing the nozzle or electrode to maintain peak performance.
