  • Oxygen-Specific by Design:​ 220832 is engineered for 200A oxygen plasma cutting of mild steel​ — the O₂ chemical reaction with the base material accelerates the cut and produces a smooth, low-dross edge . For 200A air, the correct shield is 420045, not 220832. This distinction matters: fitting a 220832 on an air stack, or a 420045 on an O₂ stack, degrades cut quality and shortens consumable life.
