The HLN-Z102 gas guide installs between the electrode and nozzle in the Kjellberg HiFocus / PerCut torch wear stack. Current Range Selection

Do not install a 280-400A swirl ring (G121) into a 20-130A HiFocus 130i/160i stack. Mismatched seat profile and current rating disrupt vortex flow and accelerate electrode and nozzle wear.

Installation and Handling

· Power off the plasma source and fully release gas pressure.

· Remove the worn shield, old swirl ring, nozzle and electrode.

· Clean the torch seat, threads and gas passages; inspect O-rings.

· Install the electrode, then seat the Z102 gas guide with slots oriented to the torch reference.

· Add the nozzle and shield; hand-tighten only, no forced press-fit.

· Run a low-current test cut to verify arc stability and gas swirl.
