Use HLN-V101 only in PA-50 / PA-S75 / PA-S76 / PA-S77 stacks. Do not move HiFocus / PerCut gas guides (G101 / G102 / G121) into PA torches or vice versa; the seat profile, hole pattern and current rating differ. The wrong swirl ring breaks the vortex and causes arc wander and fast electrode / nozzle wear.
Installation and Handling
· Power off the plasma system and release gas pressure.
· Remove the shield, nozzle and old swirl ring; inspect the O-rings.
· Clean the torch seat and gas passages; remove slag or adhesive.
· Seat HLN-V101 with the swirl holes oriented to the torch reference. No forced press-fit.
· Install the nozzle and shield; hand-tighten only.
· Run a low-current test cut to verify arc stability and gas swirl.
