The HALANSM 220990 is the 105A standard nozzle in the Hypertherm Powermax 105 / 105A consumable stack. Precision-machined from high-purity copper alloy, it constricts and stabilizes the plasma arc for clean, dross-controlled cuts on heavier plate. The nozzle is the component that constricts and directs the plasma arc. 220990 is the 105A standard nozzle in the Powermax 105 stack—positioned after the swirl ring to compress the arc column and deliver a focused, high-velocity gas jet for medium-to-heavy plate work.

High Thermal Conductivity： Copper alloy body pulls heat away from the arc zone, keeping shape stable and life predictable under sustained 105A runs.
Swirl + Bore Sync： Internal finish works with the 220994 swirl to form a laminar vortex—cleaner pierce, less top-edge rounding, more cuts per tip.
Drop-In Fit： Threads, length and outer profile follow the 220990 OEM envelope—mates with shield 220993 (105A) or 220854, and retaining 220854 / 220953 with no filing.
