The regular laser spray nozzle is a wear consumable mounted at the bottom of the fiber laser cutting head. Its bore channels the assist gas through the focus zone to eject molten slag, while the conical spray profile stabilizes the gas boundary layer for a clean cut face.
HLN-REG-D28D32 covers the most common D28 and D32 interfaces found on mainstream cutting heads. The mushroom profile, toothed flange and precision bore are machined in one pass for consistent concentricity with the ceramic ring seat.
