HLN-PRE3D-M6-D8H10S
HALANSM® PRECISE 3D Single-Layer Nozzle D8 H10 M6
High-concentricity copper cutting nozzle for 3D fiber laser and tube cutting heads.
HALANSM® HLN-PRE3D-M6-D8H10S is an aftermarket single-layer 3D laser cutting nozzle sized OD 8mm x H 10mm x thread M6, built for RayTools, Precitec, WSX and compatible 3D fiber laser cutting heads to deliver stable assist-gas flow on contoured, multi-axis and tube-cutting paths.
The PRECISE 3D nozzle sits at the front of a 3D fiber laser cutting head, where it focuses the assist gas coaxially around the beam and protects the focus lens from molten spatter. Its single-layer bore is optimised for nitrogen and air cutting of stainless steel, aluminium and copper sheet.
On tube and profile lines the nozzle follows a tilted, multi-axis path, so bore concentricity and thread repeatability directly determine edge squareness and slag level. Replace a worn nozzle before the tip deforms to keep the capacitive height-sensing signal stable.
High Concentricity
CNC-machined bore keeps the gas stream aligned with the laser beam, producing clean, square edges on 3D and tube-cut parts.
Pure Copper with Chrome Plating
High-purity copper base for electrical and thermal conductivity, finished with a wear-resistant chrome layer that reduces slag adhesion.
3D Path Stability
Compact OD 8mm x H 10mm form factor clears tilted and confined torch angles on robotic and tube-cutting heads without retraction loss.
Smooth Inner Wall
Polished bore sustains laminar gas flow, limiting pressure loss and keeping cut quality consistent through long production runs.

Designed as an aftermarket fit for M6-interface 3D fiber laser cutting heads. The dimensions D8 x H10 x M6 appear across independent supplier listings for the following head families:
RayTools 3D-type heads (BM/BS series M6 mount) -- confirm exact head model
Precitec 3D heads (ProCutter / LightCutter family) -- confirm original part number
WSX 3D cutting heads (NC/KC series) -- confirm interface
BOCI / Bodor and Han's Laser 3D-compatible heads
Robotic 3D cutting cells and tube/pipe cutting machines using an M6 nozzle seat
Provide your head model and original part number for fitment check before ordering.
Single-layer bore, 0.8 - 3.0 mm range. Pick the smallest bore that clears the kerf cleanly:
1.0 - 1.5 mm: thin stainless, aluminium and copper sheet with nitrogen
1.8 - 2.0 mm: medium-thickness sheets and higher gas flow
2.5 - 3.0 mm: thicker plate where a wider gas column is required
Confirm exact specs with us for power, material and gas combinations outside standard ranges.
1. Power down the laser and release all assist-gas pressure at the head.
2. Remove the old nozzle by turning counter-clockwise; avoid contacting the tip.
3. Clean the mounting seat and ceramic ring with a lint-free cloth; inspect for spatter.
4. Thread the new HLN-PRE3D-M6-D8H10S by hand until seated, then snug lightly - do not over-tighten.
5. Run a low-power test on scrap material to confirm coaxial alignment and gas flow.
Store nozzles dry, individually packed, away from oils and abrasive dust; handle by the body, not the bore.
What laser heads fit the HALANSM® PRECISE 3D M6 nozzle?
It fits M6-interface 3D heads from RayTools, Precitec, WSX and compatible brands. Send your head model and original part number for a confirmed match.
Is the PRECISE 3D nozzle an original OEM part?
No. It is an aftermarket replacement made to the D8 x H10 x M6 form factor. OEM names are used only for compatibility identification.
What material is the PRECISE 3D nozzle made from?
It is machined from high-purity copper with a chrome-plated surface for heat and wear resistance.
Which bore size should I choose?
Use 1.0 - 1.5 mm for thin sheets and 2.0 - 3.0 mm as thickness and gas flow rise. Confirm exact specs with us for your process.
Why is my cut quality dropping suddenly?
A deformed tip, blocked bore or slag buildup breaks gas-beam concentricity. Replace the nozzle and re-check alignment before resuming production.
How do I install the nozzle without damaging it?
Hand-thread it, seat it gently without over-tightening, keep the bore clean, then run a low-power test cut first.
