Installation and Handling

1. Power down the laser and release all assist-gas pressure.

2. Unscrew the worn nozzle from the ceramic ring or nozzle seat.

3. Clean the mounting seat and ceramic interface with a lint-free cloth.

4. Align the thread by hand and tighten only until snug; do not overtighten.

5. Recalibrate the capacitive sensor, then run a low-power test cut on scrap.

6. Store spares in a dry, sealed container away from dust and moisture.
