Product Overview

The HLN-JQ3D-M8-D15H19 mounts at the front of a Jiaqiang / Empower 3D or tube-cutting laser head. Its conical tip and concentric bore direct assist gas to eject molten material as the head rotates and tilts around the workpiece. The M8 thread and knurled seat keep the nozzle seated through long production runs.

Installation and Handling

1. Power down the laser and release all assist-gas pressure.

2. Unscrew the worn nozzle from the ceramic ring or nozzle seat.

3. Clean the mounting seat and ceramic interface with a lint-free cloth.

4. Align the M8 thread and hand-tighten the new nozzle; do not overtighten.

5. Recalibrate the capacitive sensor, then run a low-power test cut on scrap.

6. Store spares in a dry, sealed container away from dust and moisture.
