HALANSM® 3D Ceramic Ring Series are aftermarket capacitive-sensing ceramic bodies sized OD17.8 / 19.5 / 20.6 / 21.4 mm x M8 and OD41 mm x M10 / M11, built for RayTools, OSPRI, Bodor and Empower (Jiaqiang) BS12K 3D robotic, bevel, pipe and profile cutting heads to deliver stable height-sensing signals and accurate nozzle centering.
Product Overview
The 3D ceramic ring sits between the nozzle and the capacitive height sensor inside the cutting head. It electrically isolates the sensing circuit from the metal nozzle, carries the capacitance signal through a gold-plated contact pin, and keeps the nozzle concentric with the laser axis during high-speed multi-axis motion. A cracked, chipped or contaminated ring causes height-sensing drift, nozzle collisions and wavy cuts, so consistent replacement protects the entire cutting head.

All sizes below use the M8 thread family except D41 (M10 / M11). Outer diameter and height must match your old ring exactly:
· D17.8 x M8: slim 3D body for tight-angle robotic cutting (OSPRI 3D).
· D19.5 x M8: standard 3D body, the most common 3D-M8 size (RayTools / OSPRI / Empower / JQ).
· D20.6 x M8: mid-size 3D body for Bodor 3D tube cutting.
· D21.4 / D21.5 x M8: larger 3D body for OSPRI FC-40 / FC-218; D21.5 is taller and not a substitute for D21.4.
